More than Mangroves

Very little is what we normally know about the benefits that mangroves can bring apart from the creation of oxygen and its performance as natural lungs as well as the rest of trees and plants.

Mangroves in addition to this function meet many others of vital importance, for example, they spend a third of all species of fish, either at birth or during their childhood and without them would greatly limit the existence of many species of fish and therefore there would be many changes in our environment, in addition to this in their roots live mollusks and other species other than fish that would also be harmed.

With these changes we would be affected, but their biggest function which is of vital importance to us is that even being trees that normally do not exceed 20 meters high, they manage to act as a natural barrier in times of tsunamis or hurricanes, in order to provide us with a greater security, it is for this reason that in many parts of the world opt for the planting of these species of mangrove trees in the coastal areas of the sea, to protect themselves and prevent a bit the disasters that can cause the natural disasters already mentioned.

The mangroves apart from being ecosystems with a great diversity of animals that house them and very useful to prevent natural disasters, are also places of total tranquility and natural beauty where you can feel that environmental connection you are looking for with your vacations.
