Joví River Walk

Walk for approximately 1 hour until you reach the community of Joví and then start a 2- to 3-hour journey by chingo to the Chontadura waterfall.
Terco River Tour

This activity lasts approximately 2 to 4 hours in which you will take a walk between the jungle and the river
Tour 4 encantos

Cancellation Policy
- Reservations must be guaranteed with an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation, if the reservation dates are canceled or modified, this advance payment will be charged. retained in its entirety according to Law 300 of 96 art. 65. Columbia.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before the start date of services, a fee will apply. 30% of no show or penalty on the value paid
- Between 30 days to 15 days before the start of services, the fee will be applied. 50% of no show or penalty on the value paid
- 15 days before the start of services, the fee will be applied. on the value paid 100% of no show or penalty
- Once the trip has started, the services included in the program will not be refundable or exchangeable for other services
- Special or promotional, non-refundable rates may be offered, which will have specific conditions which will be indicated at the time of booking
Additional Information
- Bring cash, the destination does not have ATMs, nor do they accept debit or credit cards.
- Your luggage should be a backpack, hand luggage is uncomfortable for transfers by boat and on foot. Airlines do not allow more than 10 kilos of luggage. Take only what is necessary. Bring a small backpack or kangaroo for your walks through the jungle or on the beach.
- Wear a cap or hat.
- Bring a reusable water bottle, we promote an anti-disposable culture.
- A flashlight and spare batteries. Hopefully rechargeable battery
- Insect repellent and sunscreen.
- The collection of plant or animal material is not allowed.
- Do not bring disposable containers or aerosols.
- Travel only on authorized trails accompanied by a guide. Stay with the group and be there. Keep an eye on your peers.
- Take charge of the trash you produce.
- Do not stand on the corals or touch the animals when snorkeling or snorkeling.
- Up-to-date yellow fever and tetanus vaccinations are recommended.

- IMPORTANT: Taking into account the location of our hotels, and the logistics previously organized to receive our travelers (maritime transportation, food provisions and organization of staff) it is important to clarify that our hotel is not responsible for any changes made by the airlines and/or changes in Itineraries, dates or any modification that alters the reservation and the travel schedule.
