What to expect
- Our facilities are accessed from our base station, either by walking along trails or via our aerial cable gondola
- We have two different paths to get there; each one has an estimated time of 40 minutes to 1 hour depending on the abilities of the visitors. The gondola ride lasts 12 minutes and crosses the Molino River canyon above the forest canopy
- For us as architects, the main objective was to create a project that respected the context and environment that surrounds us. We try to use recycled materials and certified green supplies for the infrastructure and furniture
- We tried to reinterpret peasant or country gardens, selecting five species of flowers and plants that are perfect for feeding hummingbirds and butterflies

Cancellation Policy
In the search to provide you with the best accommodation service, we know that there are eventualities which may force you to suspend or modify the reservations made at our hotel. We want to guarantee that our efforts are aimed at achieving effective solutions, which is why we offer you the Refund and Cancellation Policy for our services below:
- For your security, cancellations will only be accepted if they are made via email.
- You can cancel your reservation at any time.
- Cancelling 31 days or more before the date of entry, the fee will be refunded. 100% of the deposit paid on account, less bank charges and 5% for administration fees, by the same method used by the client when making the payment.
- Cancelling 15 days to 30 days before the date of entry, the fee will be refunded. 75% of the deposit paid on account, less bank charges and 5% for administration fees, by the same method used by the client when making the payment.
- Cancelling 14 to 8 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit paid on account will be charged, less bank charges and 5% for administration fees, for the same The route used by the client when making the payment.

GUEST RE-SCHEDULING POLICY.

- Rescheduling must be requested at least 15 days before (For special cases, the case must be presented via email).

- You can reschedule a maximum of 2 times.-The dates are subject to availability and do not apply for high season (Easter Week, Recess Week and from December 7 to January 30).
- The days of the week for which it was reserved must be respected, or the excess must be canceled in the event that the new dates chosen have a higher rate.
NON-REFUNDABLE OR PROMOTIONAL RATES.
- Reservations made under the condition of Non-Refundable Rates or promotions, will be charged in full at the time of booking. They cannot be canceled and can only be modified as long as there is availability at the hotel, with an extra charge of 25% of the total stay for administrative costs.
